The design process is particularly focused on a proper design for production. Optical imaging systems, laser optics and illumination systems can be measured and dimensioned with Zemax© OpticStudio 15. The 3D data of the optical design is transferred via an interface to the 3D CAD Product Design Program Inventor and with the support of Inventor the fitting mechanical solution is developed. The desired characteristics of the optical system determine the selection of material and finishing. Digital prototyping with Inventor supports construction and validation of your products prior to actual production.
